A check is when we visit your monitored URL to see if anything has changed. If you monitor a website hourly, that's about 720 checks per month (24 hours × 30 days).
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes! You can change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades also take effect immediately — any unused time is automatically credited to your account and applied to future invoices.
What happens if I exceed my check limit?
We'll send you a notification when you reach 80% of your limit. If you exceed it, your monitors will be temporarily paused until the next billing cycle or until you upgrade your plan.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first payment. For downgrades, unused time is automatically credited to your account — no need to contact support.
What's the difference between annual and monthly billing?
Annual billing gives you a significant discount (approximately 20% off) compared to paying monthly. You pay once per year instead of every month.
